ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN

Architecture is driven by a belief that the quality of our surroundings has a direct influence on the quaility of our lives, whether at home, in workplace, the cultural building or the public realm.

Design in that sense is all-embracing, ranging from the functional and enviromental performance of a building to a concern for its physical and cultural. Not least is a concern for the 'poetic' dimension, such as it is find in the modelling and sculpting of spaces by natural light.

INTERIOR DESIGN
It is believed that architecture should provide a seamless experience from outside and inside.

The starting point is to gain an understanding of a client's needs and the way in which a room, or sequence of spaces will be used. The quality of light, the choice of materials, the use of color, the selection of furnishings and works of art are coordinated as part of the overall scheme and each element involves the same process of questioning and refinement as the building itself.

3D VISUALIZATION
Drawing is a way of thinking and communicating. It is used to calculate, to cut through buildings, look at how they fit together three-dimensionally and explore how spaces relate to each  other. Design Communications and Visualization teams work with the architects to produce from 2d drawings to renderings.

Our knowledgy of exterior rendering and interior visualization is sought by design professionals from all continents. We transform complex design and architectural data into amazig 3D architectural rendering projects. WIth 3D architectural visualizaion, developing even the most advanced projects becomes ultimately simpler in terms of speed and quality. You can choose different concepts, analyze various options and make strategic improvements at the early product development stage.

Creating preliminary designs to reduce calculation erros and impress with accurate execution from the very beginning. Get a 360-degree view of your project and easily explain complicated concepts to customers. Furthermore, to save time and resources by letting us handle the most challenging part of the job, so you can spend more time stratgizing.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
To achieve a sustainable built environment, engineering needs to be integrated from outset of the design process.

The teams work on projects, consultancy and competitions, bringing expertise and quarding the quality ofthe design principles, right through to the end of the project. Early consideration of the structure in the design process has benefits for the building in terms of its design, its costs, and the speed of its construction. Decisions taken at this early stage have major effects on outcomes further along in the design process. This approach avoids developing options that are ultimately unfeasible or impractical to construct.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Electrical engineering department develops integrated building system solutions utilizing the latest technologies available.

A pioneer in sustainable design implementation, we seamlessly blend energy efficiency with high architectural design using the latest tools including power system analysis, building information modeling, and set based systems selection processes. Our projects range from coast to coast, touching all market sectors. We support a multi-disciplinary team process to provide the most appropriate, cost effective solutions for our clients.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Our mechanical engineers are specialists in designing high quality sustainable systems for building with an emphasis on passive over active responses.

The design of active systems includes, heating, ventilation, cooling and other specialized systems achieving high levels of comfort for building users, reliable operation, reduced energy demands and enhancing the long-term value of a project for our clients.

ENVIR/TAL ENGINEER
The goal of environmental engineers is to develop solutions to problems in the environment, whether man-made or otherwise.

To gather solutions to problems, environmental engineers use engineering principles, chemistry, biology. botany, and other science - related information. Problems they ofthen deal with include human issues such as water reclamation, sewage systems, and climate change that affect people's daily lives or the agricultural industry. They also work closely with compliance officers to ensure that companies are following governmental protocols and laws. Basic duties include analysis of environmental reports, development of engineering plans to improve the environment, providing support for any parties involved, monitoring the arter effects of all projects, and advising government agencies and private businesses on how to lower theri carbon footprint.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Architecture and design has to go hand by hand with life changes. Energy efficiency in buildings is nowadays a necessity due to the fact that actions must be made to our houses' design to save energy and pretect the enviroment.

Our mission is to provide the most effective, sustainable and energy efficient buildings in the industry. We aim that our designs will adapt to future needs and exceed clients' expectations. We draw on our experience on innovative buildings with technical analysis to be our priority. In addition to this, we seek to improve our clients lives by delivering the best result even with refurbished to give an equal outcome with new build.

Most significantly is to mention that energy saving is importnant not only for one or two peaple but to the whole country because energy consumption mattes for evryone. We can reduce energy use for space heating and/or cooling and water heating, electricity use for lighting, office machinery and domestic type appliances, lower maintenance requirements, improved comfort and enhance property value.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
An architectural project manager splits their time between the office and fiel, discussing with clients and ensuring the completion of projects.

Typically are involved in most, if not all, aspects of construction projects. These professionals consider many factors as they help architectural projects involving commercial, industrial or residential buildings reach completion. Our office visit construction sites, where they interact with engineers, and contractors.  From sie preparation to building completion, architectural project managers oversee elements of the design and construction processes. Part of this preparation includes developing, organizing and reviewing building plans, as well as preparing constuction contracts of general contractors. Architectural project managers also can take part in interviewing and hiring contractors for proposed projects.
